The program length for interns is from 3 - 12 months and program length for trainees is up to 18 months. We engage Training, in the context of employment which is typically the process of teaching Trainees the basic skills they need to perform their job duties effectively. We also employ Training to ongoing education for novel workers to enhance their skills and knowledge in specific areas.

Interns are place by specific activities they engage in, their role, the College/company, and their field of study/duty. Interns are encouraged to communicate with their supervisors to understand their responsibilities and make the most out of the internship experience.

Program Objectives:

The major objective of our programs is to enhance technical/life skills and expertise in participants’ academic/occupational fields and to improve their knowledge of American business techniques, methodologies, and technology.

  •  The Summer Work and Travel program promotes a safe, inclusive, and vibrant environment for participants to learn, explore, and connect. It’s specifically designed to cater to exchange participants from around the world, providing a unique and enriching experience that celebrates diversity, fosters intercultural understanding, and promotes personal growth.

  •  Our Internship program gives participants the opportunity to develop practical skills in their academic fields of study that will enhance their future career and bridge the gap between their knowledge and practical work experience.

  •  The Training program incorporates specific activities that are geared towards participants learning and acquiring new or more advanced skills in their occupational fields, thereby improving their productivity and not just additional work experience.

The programs are structured to help participants increase their understanding of American culture, while also enhancing Americans’ knowledge of their own culture, customs, and practices. Thus, promoting mutual understanding, developing relationships and extended networks that will last through generations as participants move into leadership roles in their home country.
